- Spacious Living Areas: The cottage features an open-concept living and dining area, adorned with custom paintwork that evokes a relaxed Florida vibe. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa-bed, cozy chairs, and a 52″ 4K TV with cable, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.
- Designer Kitchen: Entering through the back door, you’ll find a modern kitchen with sweeping granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island ideal for social gatherings. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, from casual and formal tableware to small appliances like blenders and ice crushers.
- Luxurious Master Suite: The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed that can be converted into two twin beds, a substantial mirrored closet, and an en-suite bathroom featuring elegant tile work.
- Cozy Second Bedroom: The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and can also serve as an additional living area or office space, complete with its own TV.
- Outdoor Oasis: Enjoy your own tropical paradise in the backyard, complete with a patio, screened-in gazebo, and outdoor dining area. The lush gardens and outdoor shower provide a serene and private retreat.
Special Notes:
- Long-Term Rental: Available for extended-term leases from April 1st to December 30th. We encourage multiple-month rentals and offer a 10% discount for full calendar month bookings.
- Rental Policies: Due to local zoning laws, we can only accommodate stays of 30 days or more and cannot host more than four unrelated guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property.
- Pet-Friendly: We welcome pets with a small fee and prior approval.
