- Fully Equipped Kitchen: The eat-in kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with modern stainless appliances, a farm-style sink, and concrete countertops. It also includes a cozy breakfast nook with stools, ideal for casual dining.
- Inviting Bedrooms: The master bedroom suite offers an enormous king-size bed, a lockable closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a vintage claw-foot tub and separate shower. The second bedroom, with a queen bed, is situated away from the master suite, providing privacy and comfort.
- Tropical Outdoor Space: Step outside to a large deck surrounded by lush bamboo and fruit trees. The outdoor dining area and grill make it easy to enjoy alfresco meals in your own private oasis.
Special Notes:
- Monthly Rentals Only: We rent by full calendar months only, from the 1st to the last day of the month. Guests booking multiple months receive a 10% discount.
- Extended Stay Welcome: Currently available for extended-term leases from August 12th through December 2024. Inquire about our long-term rates for stays exceeding one month.
- Non-Smoking Policy: To maintain a clean and healthy environment, smoking is strictly prohibited on the property.
- Occupancy Limit: Due to city zoning regulations, we cannot accommodate more than four unrelated persons.
